Taiwan Christmas Trip 2013 1 out of 5 (24/12)

Recorded video clips of landing and taking off on airplane. 2:35 pm was our plane, reached taiwan at ~5pm. We went to our hotel first then eat at a korean bbq. Then we went to christmas serving at Grace Baptist Church. Slept like dogs when we reached our hotel at 1130pm...

Well. 13 days till Christmas, and 8 days till holiday. It's cold now, 13 degrees in Hong Kong. Normally this is the time when my mom will change 'season outfits'. This usually be her joy of the time. Nnothing great happened over the month, except that now I'm sick. (thats sad).

Swim gala today... After that i went with my friends to darius' crushes house (eleta). Stayed there for 4 hrs playing truth or dare and stuff... After that we went to new twn plaza city super. Walking around and talking about random things... Excited for tommorow... SMOOTHIE CHALLENGE!!

Making a memorial video for my mom. Forced myself to look at her pictures. I do not want to forget her after a year or so because shes always in my heart... Cant sleep tonight probably. Listening to bye bye by mariah carey (explains the headphones).

Thank you EVERYONE for supporting me! I really am truly touched by all the people who cares about me and go though this time with me.
I am surprised actually of the number of people who had taken the time to support me.
Thanks everyone! I know she is with God now, and I feel happy about that.

I'll have a lot to say in devotions next week in worship team :)

For any of you who thinks that I might be sad or cannot withstand this tragedy, you are wrong. I know she's with God, and now she has gone to a better place! Her crust (body) is dead, but her spirit is alive, and is always with us. Now that she went to heaven, I have to act more carefully, as she can see every step that I take. I hope that everyone who is reading this understand and acknowledges that she is in a better place, and always looking after us!

Rest in peace

Sept 30 (the day)

Things come and go. Gone when you least expect it. Gone when you just learnt to appreciate it. You really want to go back in time and spend time wisely with those who are ceased. A day before, you might be happily walking down the street with her and chatting happily about happy things, and a day after, you might be sitting in the A&E and crying and mourning about the loss. Appreciate life and live to the fullest.

Dad rushes to my door shouting that my mom fainted and that I need to get dressed and leave immediately to the hospital.

Ambulance and medics come, and tries to give my mom a chance to live.

In A&E of Prince of Wales, waiting for a good news by the doctors, saying 'She has a chance of life'.

and the day goes on.

Remember that you will never know when your time has come, or when your loved ones might go. One second may equal to death. It is fascinating that how easy it is to loose that 21 grams and go to heaven, and it might be the next second. 

As Mr Norton said in our chapel " Death, in society, means a dark and bad thing. However, it should be a good thing, as their souls are released into the holiness of heaven will not endure earthly pains anymore. 

Frankly, I did not cry as much as I expected. I sat there thinking: God, if you need to take her away, please do. She has enough earthly pains, and does not, should not suffer these pains. I fully acknowledge that, and will leave a space in my heart for her. 

Although I'm only 13, for the rest of my life (10 years? 20 years? 50) I will never forget her, the wonderful MOM and great ENGLISH TEACHER that her students will miss.
I will always remember you as Miss Universe (ironically), Mom, Du, and any other names you might have (人猪合一军炸机）

Well what a day...
Started my day off with a lil' macaroni with egg and sausage (provided by sodexo) XD
That macaroni gave me energy for the rest of the day! I wasn't falling asleep in any classes (yes i know)
Lunch: Yummy tomato egg with beef and rice.
PE: Boring! Swimming laps and doing nothing productive was the phrase I'd used
Science: PHUN! Actually, no. We did the metal lab that requires metal cubes (iron zinc etc). Mr Yip kindly provided those metals, although at the first someone melted the lead.

SOCCER! Won 7-0. To Harrow! They are a RICH boarding school that is not bad at sports. But I guess we were better. I almost scored at the second half when I dribbled (using my skillz) through 2 defenders. But, when I shot using my left foot, I didn't quite hit the sweet spot, so it turned out to be a weak shot.

BUT!
HARROW KINDLY GAVE US A FREE DINNER! We ate chicken with rice (rich schools meals taste better)
We 'socialized' with the Harrow ppl and knew more about them.
Also, Natasha Marcon was at Harrow! Never knew that.
BUT!
Homework! 3 sketchbook assignments, and 4 chinese diaries.
Hmph.
I guess I'm done with this blog. A LONG ONE (TWSS)

Anyways, I visited my great grandmother on saterday. We sat there and listened to her old stories of what she did when she was young and things that a great granma would say.

Typhoon 8! I can stay home for an extra day because of Typhoon Usagi... I am happy for that.

I have to do worship team tomorrow as a drummer again, and also devotions. Gotta think deep and hard about that! (TWSS)

Sick as a moo-ing cow. Sunday to Tues fever. Thursday, back to school, 15 mins later: BOOM stomach pain. I have to stay home for 2 days and in holiday...

Sept 13 14 15 16

4 days! This blog's covering 4 days. Wonder where I've been? In sicknessland in sicknessville. I have a fever, where temperatures soar up to 39 degrees. (grammitical error)

Also, I have been to mainland china for a quick holiday! As you can see below, it is my hotel for which we stayed for 3 nights. (sry i cant type correctly i hv fever)

I also played golf and I was awesome at it. Really.

Raining day, pouring day. A sad day, gloomy day. A total of <3000 lightning strikes in HK today overnight. Sad. But, had fun time in bible with da macs today. At least no harm done. At PE we did the 180 boot camp, doin 45 pushups 45 sit ups, 45 froggies. Tired. Then after, I had the science test, which I probably aced it. After school, I tiredly walked to the bus stop, which then i waited for 15 minutes for the late bus to come. oh i am tired.
